DRAFT FOR REVIEW · INTAKE DISABLED

Inquiry & SMS terms

Prepared October 16, 2026 · Modern Home Builds MN LLC

Project inquiries

Submitting an inquiry requests a conversation. It does not confirm an appointment, construction work, an estimate, a purchase, or a contract. Project scope, pricing, schedule, and any service agreement are discussed separately.

Weekday consultations

The form collects Monday–Friday preferences in Central Time. The team must agree on a specific appointment before it is confirmed.

SMS program

Only people who check the applicable optional consent box may receive that category of text messages from Modern Home Builds MN LLC. Service messages concern the inquiry, consultation scheduling, and appointment reminders. Marketing messages concern services and offers and require the separate marketing opt-in. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help, or email brandon@modernhomebuilds.co. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. No text messages are sent by this disabled preview.
